What data we collect

When you use our Playground you voluntarily provide: your name, work email, company, phone number, and a call recording.

We also automatically collect standard request metadata - IP address, user agent, and timestamp - solely to prevent abuse.

How we use your data

Your call recording is transcribed by AssemblyAI and analyzed by Google Gemini via Vertex AI. The resulting report is displayed back to you in-app and emailed to the address you provided.

Recordings and transcripts are stored in Google Cloud Storage with time-bound signed URLs to let you replay your analysis.

We never use your data to train public AI models. We never sell or rent your data to third parties.

How long we retain data

Playground recordings and transcripts are retained for 30 days by default, after which they are automatically deleted.

You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].

Cookies

We use only essential, first-party cookies required to remember your session state. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site trackers.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete any personal data we hold about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
