By accessing Rivet at https://rivetapp.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Acceptable use
You may only upload call recordings you own or have explicit permission to analyze. You are responsible for complying with all applicable call-recording and consent laws in your jurisdiction.
Service availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance whenever feasible.
Billing
The Playground is free for trial use. Paid usage is billed at $3.50 per qualified lead. Invoices are issued monthly.
Liability
Rivet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
